Brunch looks like
I am not Keto, vegan, vegetarian, carnivorous eating focused. I just normally eat fresh food cooked daily with salt. and real spice powder. The plate I have provides protein and healthy lipids with vitamins and minerals. The coffee has butter, collagen peptide, medical mushroom and double cteam, yum! Veggies provide fibre for microbes in my gut, hope they are happy. The yogurt would help them.
