Red Light Therapy

I have a cheap red LED therapy light connected to a cheap Ikea light stand. Red light alone can already improve blood circulation. The seller would tell you its Hi-Tech laser! A cheap sun glass will be provided to protect your eyes. I simply disregard those claims as laser beam goes strict and you can see the beam not scattered like in the photo. Some would even tell you it’s infra-red light therapy. In fact all red light emission would have a little infrared which can make you feel warm and can improve blood circulation. Red light in the range of 600-670 nm has documented therapeutic power because it improves blood circulation.
