Cheese Butter Ham Snack

I usually eat no more than 2 meals a day. This is one of my favorites. This is the life style of lazy people who wants to spend less time eating and/or cooking. You wont feel hungry easily. Taking out the ham is basically called fat fast. Fat fast will accelerate fat burning, loosing belly fat in just a week.
