Home Made Roasted Crispy Pork belly
I always find simply way to cook. Crispy Pork Belly is Hong Kong famous dish. I simply boil with the skin slowly around 45 minutes in low heat after boil to get a jelly like skin texture. Then I cool it down and use fork to poke holes neatly onto the skin. Finally, I use stainless steel air fryer to roast it for 40 minutes with the skin facing up. Its satisfying to eat British pork belly.
