Eating one meal a day
Eating 3 meals a day is not the original design of the body. Its quite tiring to eat grain and easy to get hungry. So even when I am on holiday I will choose meat over carbs. In Japan they have rice and noodles, I would go with the flow eating anything nearby. However today I have a big meal of Wagu beef. Its satisfying and I am good without any food until evening the next day.
